This workshop lasts for 2 hours and is for everyone who enjoys singing, you don't have to be a singer to participate.
Research shows that singing together is beneficial for physical and mental health. It releases stress, lowers heart rate, opens the heart and connects.
During the wokshop we sing well-known positive songs which simply makes you feel good!
Harmonies are added to make it sound even smoother.
Monica Millar accompanies all songs on the piano which makes it easy to follow.
All lyrics are projected on a big screen, so no paper waste!
